was established in October of 2007 as an independent Title & Escrow Company. Licensed and endorsed by the South Carolina Secretary of State. Our main office is registered and located in Melville, NY. We at American Land & Escrow LLC are fully committed to our customers. Our staff holds over 100 years of combined escrow experience. With very diverse and rich transactional experience, we have successfully closed over 10,000 transactions for our clients.
Our agents are experienced, professional agents with a proven track-record in selling and renting Vacation Property. It’s truly all we do!
